Emily McConnell, DNP, FNP-C is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Dermatology.
She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from College of Saint Benedict in 2013. After working as a Registered Nurse in the intensive care unit for five years, she pursued her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Minnesota. Immediately following graduation, she began her career as a Dermatology Nurse Practitioner at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota where she trained and worked alongside some of the world’s best clinicians.

She is experienced in assessing, diagnosing, and treating skin cancer, and she is passionate about performing full body skin examinations and counseling for preventative dermatologic care. She also specializes in biopsies, cryosurgery and minor excisions. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as well as the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.
Outside of work, Emily adores spending time being active with her husband, son and golden retriever.
