As always, outstanding care was provided by Jalal and staff. My husband and I were extremely fortunate to have found such a caring, supportive, and compassionate team of professionals. Jalal is exceptional! He is always kind, friendly, funny, and one of the nicest of our providers. He is an excellent communicator, very attentive, diligent in his examination, knowledgeable, always on top of new therapies and medications. Jalal was the first to diagnose my husband’s squamous cell areas, and this was after years of being with a different practice. Had we not found Pinnacle, the outcome would have been much different. 06/29/2026 - Another Very Thorough exam from Jalal. I appreciate him telling me everything he finds including what needs to be treated and what is not of any concern. Absolutely EXCELLENT. Jalal is EXCELLENT. He has been examining me annually for about five years. He is Very Thorough in identifying moles, cysts and other skin conditions that are harmless and those that need to be addressed. Recently, I was curious if he would identify several very small tattoo dots. Not only did he find them, he knew exactly what they are and why they are applied.
