Ciana Hughes, PA-C is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in medical dermatology. She is passionate about providing patient-centered care and helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their skin through personalized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

Ciana earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University before completing her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at St. Bonaventure University. She is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and has completed the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship program.

Her interest in dermatology began while working as a medical assistant prior to attending PA school. She has a special interest in general dermatology conditions such as acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, various rashes, and skin cancer detection. She enjoys helping patients better understand their skin conditions through education, compassionate care, and individualized treatment options.

Outside of work, Ciana enjoys traveling, reading, playing tennis, spending time with friends and family, and relaxing with her pets.
