We transferred from the Goodlettsville location which we loved dr lovens but for convenience Scott’s appointment with Valerie the pac was great all the staff was so helpful and friendly she met all his needs and we will definitely follow up with her

Valerie O'Connell PA-C is Awesome. She listens. She cares. She has a great personality. And she is professional as well. Her assistant has been in her profession for 36yrs. And you can tell she knows exactly what to do. She makes sure you're comfortable. And her assistant demonstrates respect for Valerie + the Pinnacle Practice in Mt Juliet. They're a perfect team. The administrative assistant was GREAT+ thorough too.

I was thoroughly pleased with my experience at Pinnacle Dermatology today. The staff were great. I didnt have to wait long to be brought back. I was there for skin cancer check and Valerie O’Connell was the person I saw. She was thorough, friendly and made me feel very comfortable during the exam. I would 100% recommend them to everyone.
