After moving up north from central Illinois and scheduling a full body skin check with a new dermatologist, I felt extremely comfortable in Dr. Beck's and her team's care. She not only took the time to answer my questions thoroughly but also was welcoming, patient, knowledgeable, and professional.

I saw Ms. S Patel today. I hardly waited five minutes. Ms. Patel was very through and addressed my issue immediately. She ordered my prescription and it was filled immediately! I was very pleased with all of the employees and my care!

The treatment was fantastic. Dr Ishani patel is fantastic and very thorough. However my appointment was for 8:20 and I didn't get in there until 8:40. They always seem to be late and this is a consistent issue I've noticed over the course of a couple years. If they need a few more minutes why don't they adjust their schedule a few minutes 5 or 10 minutes would probably be perfect so everybody is on time.

Super professional and helpful. I had a reaction on my face and Dr Peter Keorpes was helpful and kind along with the office staff. Very grateful

Such a great experience with Dr. Keorpes and the entire staff at Pinnacle. I feel like the past several dermatologists I’ve tried have felt more like walking into a Botox, plastic surgery, med spa sales pitch which is fine and dandy, but not what I was looking for. Pinnacle is just a great overall experience and super efficient. I love the early morning appointment slot availability. Definitely found my new place!
