I have been going to Dr Liang for years and he is very good doctor. The recent AI scheduling was good to use, better than others I experienced on the Market. However, the call center wasn’t reachable on Monday for rescheduling due to high volume. Centralized service caused a bottleneck as I used to call this doctor office and walked in on the same day if needed. This process reduced business traffic very obviously.

Wonderful staff! So welcoming! When it came to my full body check over, I was not under comfortable at all! Very professional and very fast! Took longer to fill out my personal history than the actual visit! Definitely recommend!
