Teryn Honeycutt was thorough and communicated very well during the appointment. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.

The staff were very friendly (I think one was having a bad day, but she was still polite) building could have used some clean up on the outside, very overgrown weeds in the front and parking isn’t the best. You have to park in the back lot and walk to the front of the building, there is a covered patient drop off at the front door if you have a driver. Wait time was excellent. The doctor and the assistant were very friendly and instilled complete confidence that I was receiving excellent treatment and advice. Only concern was that I felt the visit was a bit rushed. But overall I had a great experience and would return.

Dr. Troiani is very personable and always takes the time to address concerns.

Staff is very polite & helpful. Doctors & nurses answered all my concerns & are very thorough when examining . I would recommend Pinnacle Dermatologists to anyone needing skin care.
