Professionally Dressed. Friendly Dressed. On time. Great person at desk. Dr looked over everything and answered all of my questions. Didn't seem to be in a hurry.

This Pinnacle Dermatology office in Springfield was very convenient for work purposes. I set up appointment to see Dr. French to have some dried patches on my face looked at. in the past, I have had Dr. Lehman do a cryotherapy on them. Which worked fantastic. So Dr. French did the same procedure for the Actinic keratosis. She was very pleasant very informative, took her time and answered my questions. She is a very experience provider. So this time everything worked out more wonderful than it has in the past. It has been one week and I am very happy with the results. I will continue to wear extra sunscreen on my face.
