They were running a little behind...it happens. But the way they handled it set them apart. The receptionist went to check with the Dr. and came back and gave me a report. The nurse called me back even quicker. Dr Wilson saw me very quickly, diagnosed my minor problem, treated me completely and with great discussion, reassurance and total information. I went from mildly disappointed at the delay to blown away by how well I was treated. Their concern converted my attitude 100%. They reacted as we all hope our Drs would but rarely, in my experience at least, ever do. They were impressive. I recommend them unequivocally

Welcomed when I arrived. I had about a 5 minute wait until I was called. Darren listened to the my concerns and then let me know what was necessary. Friendly great service by everyone.

The doctor was pleasant and did a thorough examination. The staff was also very pleasant and made me feel welcomed.
