Donna and Faith at the reception desk were very helpful, personable and professional. They made the check-in / check-out and follow-up scheduling a breeze. Jennifer made me feel welcome at my first visit and settling me into the exam room. She took detailed notes during my exam that I was able to access and review afterwards online. Jelena was very sincere in seeking to understand my conditions and is the kind of dermatologist that takes the time to politely listen and provide knowledgeable medical advice and treatment in genuine empathy.

From the girl at the front desk to Dr Ward, everyone is friendly. They listen to your concerns. They make you feel at ease. All the CMAs are very knowledgeable and make sure the doctor is aware of yiur concerns before ahe even gets in the room. Cannot say enough nice things about them!
