I had an excellent experience with the Pinnacle Dermatology Elmhurst location. I called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment very quickly for the following Monday. My son had a “graphite tattoo” from a pencil stab that I wanted removed. The pediatrician wasn’t able to remove the ink so I thought to try a dermatologist. We had never been there so I was grateful they were willing and able to see my 4 year old for this. There was no wait when I arrived and Dr. Kramer was awesome- knowledgeable, understanding, and willing to do a same day procedure (punch biopsy and 1 suture). The team did a great job distracting my kiddo - he never got upset and was even excited afterwards about the doc “tying his skin up” and getting fruit snacks. I was so relieved that everything could be taken care so efficiently. Thank you Dr. Kramer and the team at Pinnacle Elmhurst!
