Just returned for another visit/TBSE , with Ms. Hallstrom this time, and my previous review still holds for the most part. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, thorough exam, and helpful information. Ms. Hallstrom and her assistants had a great "bedside manner"/presence and I felt at ease when an unexpected scraping for biopsy was necessary. I appreciated the forthrightness and care. Unfortunately there was more time in waiting area because when my info was transferred/input into the online portal, there were several typos - including my email and insurance numbers. This prevented me from doing the online tasks beforehand, so I had to answer everything in person. Additionally, the online check-in from text link was okay, but one of my insurance cards didn't upload. (I did call ahead to check on that and whether there was online info to complete, but until I had to hand-enter info on their tablet, didn't know of all the errors.) I'm not really complaining... because this is my first time there in 4+ years... But just to make you aware that if you haven't been in awhile. - double check your information. I did find out that you can go to their website and enter the portal/access info that way as well. (2021) Prompt, friendly service, at the desk, and social distancing in the waiting area. Brief wait in exam room, but dr. extremely attentive and thorough; great at communicating.

Today was my fourth visit to this clinic, and I have been very satisfied with the care so far. My provider, Tara Becher, is excellent! She is thorough, trustworthy, and very professional. The medical assistants are also very good at what they do. I would also like to extend my special thanks to the front desk staff for helping with my appointment timing today, and to the medical team for providing extra accommodations for my son.

Tara was amazingly polite, professional and funny. I would highly recommend her.
