Madeline Carlson, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Art from the University of Minnesota Duluth. After graduation, she spent two and a half years working as a medical assistant in a dermatology clinic, where she gained hands-on experience and developed a strong foundation in patient care. She later earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the College of Saint Scholastica.
Madeline has several years of experience as a dermatology provider and is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates (SDPA). She has also completed the SDPA Diplomate Fellowship Program, further advancing her dermatology training and expertise.
Madeline is passionate about providing comprehensive, patient-centered dermatologic care. She is dedicated to helping patients feel confident in their skin by offering education, listening closely to their concerns, and developing thoughtful, individualized treatment plans. Her detail-oriented and creative approach to care is shaped in part by her background in art, allowing her to tailor treatments that support both functional outcomes and long-term skin health.
Outside of work, Madeline enjoys painting, drawing, downhill skiing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends in northern Minnesota.
