Kristen Peterson, MSN, FNP-C

Kristen is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of dermatology experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, graduating with honors from both programs.

She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA), the Phoenix Dermatology Society, and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Kristen’s expertise spans adult and pediatric dermatology, dermatologic surgery, and aesthetic skin care. She treats a wide range of conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancer, with a strong focus on prevention, early detection, and patient education. In addition to her medical and surgical background, she is highly skilled in cosmetic dermatology, offering treatments such as BOTOX®, dermal fillers, and PRP for hair restoration.

Known for her thoughtful and compassionate approach, Kristen takes time to listen, educate, and build personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s needs and goals. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, hiking, cycling, and spending time with her family and pets.
