Kathleen Winkert, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a special interest in medical and aesthetic dermatology. She received her PA training at Mary Baldwin University and holds a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University.

Before transitioning into dermatology, Kathleen practiced in family medicine, where she built strong clinical judgment, procedural experience, and a deep appreciation for long-term relationships with patients. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA) and continues to pursue advanced dermatology and aesthetic education to provide the highest standard of care.

Kathleen grew up in Northern Virginia and is thrilled to serve the community she calls home. When she’s not in the office, she loves running, swimming, and hiking with her dog Olive, and seeking out new opportunities to stay active outdoors.
