Dr. Kramer's top priorities are patient satisfaction, excellent outcomes, safety and comfort.

Owen N. Kramer, MD, FAAD completed his medical school training at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he graduated among the top of his class with several honors and awards including induction into the Junior Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society (Junior ???), the Silver Scalpel Award for outstanding achievement in his surgical clerkship, and the Clifford Pilz Award for outstanding achievement in his Internal Medicine clerkship as well as scholastic excellence. He completed his internship in Internal Medicine at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago where he was given the Outstanding Preliminary Resident Award. He then completed his Dermatology residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he served as Resident Liaison for the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.

Dr. Kramer also has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a minor in Spanish. He has published on a variety of skin topics in the medical literature and enjoys providing excellent care of the skin for patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Dr. Kramer was born in Palos Heights, Illinois and raised in nearby Orland Park where he met and later married his high school sweetheart. They both currently reside in the western suburbs with their son and daughter.
