Emma Pierce was raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee but now resides in Nashville. She attended East Tennessee State University for her undergraduate education in nursing, where she graduated number one in her class. After moving to Gainesville, Florida, she began her graduate studies at the University of Florida where she completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in December of 2016. She was board-certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in February 2017.

Emma spent her nursing years in the intensive care setting but has always been passionate about dermatology and has been working in the field since starting her career in 2017. She specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
