Barbara Ellen Smith is a board-certified Physician Assistant who received her Master of Science in Medicine from Trevecca Nazarene University. Born and raised in Columbia, Tennessee. She is also a diplomate fellow of the SDPA.  Barbara has spent most of her life in the Middle Tennessee area, although she loves to spend her free time traveling in both the US and internationally. She received her Bachelor's degree from Lipscomb University where she graduated class Valedictorian.

After completing a clinical rotation in dermatology, she knew that she had found the area of medicine for which she was truly passionate. Barbara is thrilled to be part of the Pinnacle Dermatology family and enjoys being a part of the Clarksville community through church and sports.
